About Philip Lindsell

Philip trained with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells before moving into industry as Chief Accountant of an independent oil and gas company. He then moved across to the commercial side of the business covering large scale negotiations, oilfield valuations and other commercial matters. Following the buyout of the company he spent a period with a large consultancy before becoming Group Finance Director of a quoted engineering company.

In 1997 he formed Lindsell Business Solutions Ltd and moved into interim management and related services. Since then he has operated as a commercial CFO / Finance Director, covering the full range of international financial management and corporate finance at PLC Board level. He concentrates on private equity backed and quoted companies but also carries out work in the public sector.
